If your computer is having sound
problems when playing audio files or playing
DVD's, the fix is an easy one.
When you are booting up the computer, as soon
as you see the large word "DELL"
on a black screen, press the F2 key, which
will put you into the bios. Once you are there,
go to the "Performance" section.
Once there, go to the "C States Control"
section. Uncheck the only box on that screen.
Save your changes and reboot the computer.
